New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on April 28, 2022) follows:

Developed and published by the Finnish gaming studio that brought us Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars is a 3v3 multiplayer game that was released in December of 2018.

Apart from the standard 3v3 PvP mode, it also features several other modes. Players can choose from different characters called Brawlers, with each one offering a unique skill set.

Like Battle Royale games, Brawl Stars also offers a Brawl Pass that rewards players with tokens, gems, skins, coins, and pins amongst other things.

And while the game is pretty stable, some updates introduce glitches that affect the gameplay experience in a negative manner.

Having said that, Brawl Stars players are reporting an issue with Surge where his Star Power is activated if he dies when using his new gadget and using Serve Ice Cold ability (1,2,3,4,5).

Thankfully, the Brawl Stars game lead Frank™ (FS7N) has shed some light on the matter and said the developers are aware of the Surge bug resulting in Star Power activation.

They also said that a fix is underway but did not share any ETA on when the problem will be resolved.

We hope Supercell soon finds out the root cause of the problem and fixes it as soon as possible. As always, we will be updating this space as and when we come across more information so stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
