Britney Spears has returned to Las Vegas after a long absence following the closure of her residency there, and her message is simple: “This town is neat!”
The pop queen said on Sunday that she’d returned to Sin City for the first time since 2017 — when she closed up her four-year-long ‘Piece of Me’ concert, which was also the last time she performed publicly in town.
Britney says she loves being back in a normal situation — where she’s just a regular person rather than a show pony — but she also resents her years of toiling away onstage.
Britney claims in a lengthy Instagram post that her family used to get VIP treatment because of the work she was doing there… while also implying that she was never afforded the luxury of such a lifestyle, instead of being exposed to harsh conditions and a hard schedule.
BTW, there were signs she might’ve dropped in… because her fiancé, Sam Asghari, was blogging a lot from his hotel at Resorts World Las Vegas — it appears they were both there for the UFC bout… and it appears they got the red carpet rolled out as well.

“It was absolutely great being treated as an equal in Las Vegas for the first time in 13 years… big change,” Britney writes. After that, Brit continues, “At times like these, all I can do is look up and say, “REALLY GOD?” WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME?”
Britney then goes on to attack her family once again, saying she is no longer their performing puppet and that she isn’t done with them yet.
Britney outlined her working hours in a second post, ostensibly referring to her time in the entertainment industry at large, stating she was on the clock seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with little to no privacy.
She clarifies “After working for my father and family for 13 f*****g years, this occurred to me for 4 months… When I worked, I gave it my best only to be thrown away… To my family, I was nothing more than a puppet, but to the general public, I just acted on stage and did what I was instructed… But it was even worse since it was endorsed and accepted by the ones I cared about the most.”
Britney goes on to add that she’s bringing this up because she believes her parents have gotten away with what she considers illegal behavior, and she promises to keep fighting until they’re brought to justice… even after her conservatorship ends.
She ends by stating, “I’m not finished yet… I demand justice and will not stop until those who have wronged me are brought to justice… AND YES, I WAS INJURED!!! This is a letter to everyone who has had their life threatened… YOU ARE NOT BY YOURSELF!!!!”
