Famous K-pop personalities visited The White House for first time for discuss Anti-Asian Hate.

The press conference –

All the 7 artists showed up in black suits and kept their views on Anti- Asian crimes held during the press conference.

Although, the crimes targeting East Asians have rapidly increased during the COVID pandemic.

Around 9,000 Anti-Asian Hate incidents were reported to Stop AAPI Hate from March 2020 to June 30 2021.

The stars opinions –

‘We were devastated by the recent surge of hate crimes, including Asian American hate crimes,’ says Jimin through a translator.

‘To put a stop to this and support the cause, we’d like to take this opportunity to voice ourselves once again.’ he added.’

However, the K- pop stars were attending the press conference in the White House, their fan’s surrounded the White House.

Many people gathered outside the White House during the conference in ideation to meet the stars.

Although, the press conference was live streaming on YouTube channel which was seen by billions of people live outside The White House.

On Tuesday, the live video conference gained millions of view during ongoing conference via YouTube channels.
