Butcher Shoots Laser From His Eyes Like Homelander In The Boys Season 3

As Butcher would say, the first teaser for Season 3 of The Boys is a bloody good time.

Fans get their first glimpse at Supernatural vet Jensen Ackles in butt-kicking action as the original supe, Soldier Boy, in the action-packed video, which was released during the show’s South by Southwest panel on Saturday.

Other scenes in the teaser, set to Imagine Dragons’ upcoming single “Bones,” include Kimiko causing serious bodily harm to Hughie, Homelander milking a cow (so maybe it’s not just breast milk that turns him on? ), A-Train getting on Homelander’s bad side, The Deep getting it on while a sea pal watches, and Frenchie and Kimiko engaging in… a musical dance number. Butcher shooting laser beams out of his eyeballs, just like Homelander, is the biggest twist! Did Butcher use Compound V to even the score with his arch-enemy?

The Boys Season 3 arrives on Prime Video on Friday, June 3, with three episodes. A new episode will thereafter be released every Friday until the season finale on July 8.
