Recently, I had purchased some songs on iTunes. Eventually, I just searched one song in the library. But suddenly it was missing in the iTunes store. After that, again click the purchase option to buy that song on iTunes. But, the song shows as “Purchased” in iTunes and it won’t redownload it. Unfortunately, this purchased song doesn’t show up in my purchased list. After that, I had some solutions to get rid of this issue. Here, you can learn to get the purchased songs from iTunes.

Solution 1:- Unhide the hidden purchase from iCloud

First, make sure that the purchased songs in your purchased history. If not, then purchase a song from another Apple ID. Or else, it will be hidden from iCloud.

  • Launch iTunes on your computer.
  • Navigate to the iTunes window and sign in.
  • Select Account and click View My Account.
  • Scroll down the screen and Find iTunes in the cloud section and from the “Hidden purchases” click Manage.

 

  1. Then find the item to unhide, then click the Music on the top of the screen.

6.Choose unhidden button to unhide any purchases.

Solution 2:- Enable the Show iTunes in the iCloud purchase option

  • Launch iTunes on your Mac Or Windows PC.
  • Go to iTunes -> Edit or Preferences -> Store.
  • And check the boxes is enabled under”download pre-orders when available” and turn on or mark as a tick on “show iTunes in the cloud purchases”

Solution  3:- Redownload the Music on Mac OS Catalina

  • First, navigate to the music app on your Mac.
  • Then go to iTunes store from quick links and select Purchased.
  • On another screen, select the Not in my library or computer option to what you want to redownload.
  • Find the item to Redownload, then click the Download button.

Note: On the lower-right corner of the screen, one button should available named “Download All”.

Solution 4:- Turn on the show music in iCloud 

From the iTunes music section, turn on View ->Show Music in the Cloud.

Solution 5:- Delete the missing songs and download it iCloud 

  • Start iTunes from your computer.
  • Find the particular album with missing songs. Delete that album from your iTunes library.
  • Navigate to the iTunes store.
  • Choose the Home icon.
  • On the right side, choose Purchased( On the Quick Links).
  • Find the song or album (missing in the purchased list).
  • Click the cloud download icon (top right corner of the album image)
  • Then tap on available download.
