The Bombay High Court granted Aryan bail in the drugs-on-cruise case on October 28 and put 14 bail conditions on him, clearing the path for his release.
Aryan Khan and his two co-accused, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who were also granted bail, will be released on a personal bond of Rs one lakh each with one or two sureties of the same amount, according to the five-page decision.
The trio will have to surrender their passports to the special NDPS court, will not be allowed to leave India without permission from the special court, and would have to report to the NCB office every Friday to mark their presence, according to the high court’s requirements.
Aryan Khan was granted bail by the High Court 25 days after he was apprehended during a drug raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.
