Offset, Bephie Birkett, and Marni Senofonte are all back in The Hype Season 2 teaser, which was just published by HBO Max. The first three episodes of the streetwear contest will premiere on September 22. Three more episodes will air on September 29. The remaining two episodes will premiere on October 6.
The Hype puts aspiring visionary designers’ artistic talent and business grit to the ultimate test. The developers must produce ready-to-wear items that balance art and business while remaining true to their vision in order to compete for a chance at a career-changing Co-Sign, a $150,000 cash prize, and having their designs sold exclusively on StockX, the leading platform for buying and selling and consuming contemporary culture.
Twelve upcoming streetwear developers compete in the show to exhibit their innovative creations and grit in business to establish their brand as the next big thing in fashion and deserving of the buzz.
Special guests including DJ Khaled, Dapper Dan, Law Roach, 24KGoldn, Bobby Hundreds, Rhuigi, Angelo Baque, Blacc Sam, BH, Paul Rodriguez, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will make appearances throughout the season. As shown in the video, Offset will also greet some special celebrity guests when his kids appear with him in one of the episodes.
Additionally, Speedy will be back to host the eight-episode second season of the reality TV show.
