Due to the 21-year-old nephew’s withdrawal of his allegations, Ricky Martin has recently won his lawsuit against his accuser of having a sexual contact with him and then harassing him afterwards.

The judge has reportedly revoked the temporary restraining order he had given a week earlier, according to sources with direct knowledge.

There is information that Ricky appeared on zoom. His legal team said, “Just as we had anticipated, the temporary protection order was not extended by the court. The accuser confirmed to the court that his decision to dismiss the matter was his alone, without any outside influence or pressure.”

The team went on … “And the accuser confirmed he was satisfied with his legal representation in the matter. The request came from the accuser asking to dismiss the case. This was never anything more than a troubled individual making false allegations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them. We are glad that our client saw justice done and can now move forward with his life and his career.”

As it has been previously stated, the nephew stated that he and Ricky had a seven-month-long sexual relationship, during which time Ricky allegedly started stalking and harassing the nephew. Asserting that he never had a sexual contact with the man, Ricky vehemently disputed the accusations. According to the defense lawyers for the singer, the nephew has mental health problems.

Ricky and his group weren’t present in court when the nephew last week received a temporary restraining order.
