In a recent case of events, Aryan Khan, son of Sharukh Khan was first detailed by the NCB over the charges of drugs on a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa. He was detained on the night of 2nd October 2021.
He was formally arrested by the NCB after hours of interrogation. Later he was taken to the hospital for medical examination. After this, a lot of videos started surfacing in which SRK was seen saying that he will allow his son to do everything
Aryan Khan was taken to the NCB office after medical examination and later he was presented in Killa Court where NCB demanded 2 days of custody of Aryan Khan however, the court didn’t accept that. In another argument NCB said, they will require the custody of Aryan Khan for at least a day and will not ask for further extension. Court granted NCB one day custody of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. After seeing development of events, chances of Aryan Khan being released on bail by the court are very high because NCB will not demand further custody.
So either he will get the Judicial Custody or he will be set out on bail by the court.
