New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on March 26, 2022) follows:
In the world of online multiplayer games, Dead by Daylight has marked its presence as a title that does something completely different compared to its competition.
When the majority of gaming studios were trying to jump in on the Battle Royale bandwagon, Behaviour Interactive developed a 1v4 asymmetrical title.
But as is the case with every online multiplayer title, players have reported bugs such as the ability to see killers using Object of Obsession and Blood Pact and broken matchmaking system.
Having said that, Dead by Daylight players are now reporting that the Sadako Well Charm is bugged. Many said that the charm haven’t received the charm even though they have the DLC for days now.
A bunch of players are saying that the Sadako Well Charm is unattainable while others say the game has rewarded players randomly. Generic solutions such as verifying files from Steam and restarting the game are not helping.
Here are some reports (1,2,3,4,5) from Dead by Daylight players who still haven’t received the Sadako Well Charm.
Fortunately, Dead by Daylight developers have commented on the matter and said that are looking into the issue where some players are not getting the Sadako Well Charm. However, they did not share any timeframe on when the problem will be resolved.
Moreover, we came across a workaround that seems to be helping many. It involves logging off from the game and watch race Teaser.
We hope Dead by Daylight developers soon reward players with the Sadako Well Charm. When they do, we will be updating this space to reflect the same so keep checking PiunikaWeb.
Update 1 (April 05)
07:00 pm (IST): Dead by Daylight support has informed the players that they have deployed an update and those who should have received the Charm will receive it now.
